Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 rack baby back pork ribs
  • 1 cup bbq sauce heaping cup
  • 12 ounces Dr Pepper

Method

Preparation
  1. Remove the sinew from the ribs (that’s the white, slimy stuff on the back). Pull it off using a knife and your fingers.
  2. Cut the ribs to size so they fit easily into your slow cooker.
Cooking
  1. Place the ribs inside the crockpot and drizzle the bbq sauce over the top.
  2. Pour the Dr Pepper in.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the meat is unbelievably tender and falling off the bone.
Serving
  1. Serve with additional bbq sauce if desired.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat gently in the oven or microwave.
