  • 1 lb crab meat, cooked and picked
  • 1 lb salmon fillet, cooked and flaked
Creamy Sauce
  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Preparation
  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Cajun seasoning and mix well.
  4. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Gently fold in the lobster, crab, and salmon, letting them heat through.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the seafood sauce, and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container. Freezing may cause the cream to separate, best to eat fresh. For extra flavor, don’t skip toasting the garlic!
