Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb beef steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 8 oz cheese tortellini Can use frozen
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method

Cooking
  1. Melt garlic butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until seared to your liking, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the tortellini and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Once cooked, lower the heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  6. Return the steak to the skillet and mix everything together.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Let the steak rest after cooking for juiciness. Add fresh garlic for extra flavor. Consider a splash of white wine when adding cream for sophistication. Adjust sauce consistency as preferred. Substitute chicken or shrimp for steak, or vegan options as desired.
