Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 300° F.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
- Lay the ribs onto the baking sheet, bony side up. Score any tough membranes closest to the bone.
- Rub the ribs generously with grill seasoning.
- Cover the ribs with more foil and crimp the edges of the bottom piece with the top piece.
Cooking
- Bake for 2-2.5 hours, or until the ribs are thoroughly cooked and tender.
- Remove from the oven and baste one side of the ribs with BBQ sauce.
- Broil for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce starts to brown.
- Flip, baste the other side, and broil again.
Serving
- When done, add more BBQ sauce as needed, cut into pieces, and serve.
Notes
Serve with chopped parsley, creamy coleslaw and crispy cornbread. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat with a bit of BBQ sauce for moisture.
