Cheese and Toppings
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Or mozzarella
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Good melting cheese
  • 4 slices Bacon Or turkey bacon

Method

Cooking
  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the Alfredo sauce and cooked pasta. Mix well. Add in the cheeses, letting them melt into a creamy dream.
  4. Chop the bacon and mix it in, along with the pickles, for that true cheeseburger experience.
  5. Once everything is mixed and cheesy, scoop it into bowls and enjoy the cheesy goodness!

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat on low heat, adding a splash of milk if it seems too thick. Can be frozen for up to 2 months; thaw in the fridge before reheating.
