Ingredients

For the Marinade
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Main Ingredients
  • 4 grilled pork chops Bone-in or boneless chops depending on preference.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and the other flavorful ingredients.
  2. Toss the pork chops into a ziplock bag or an airtight container. Pour the marinade over them and seal it up. Let it marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours (or overnight for maximum flavor).
Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill or skillet to medium-high heat and oil it properly.
  2. Remove the marinated pork chops from the fridge and let any excess marinade drip off. Cook on the grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  3. After cooking, let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, marinate overnight. Consider adding hot sauce for extra flavor or trying a variation with smoked paprika or honey. Leftovers keep in the fridge for 3-4 days, or freeze for about 3 months.
